Once I got a little older, I started really thinking of my health. I didn’t want the same things to happen to me that happened to him.
Like Haley said in the video, going vegan doesn’t have to be expensive. Here’s her minimalist vegan pantry list. It’s full of some key ingredients that can easily be made in large quantities at once (think rice, beans, lentils, etc.). To make things even more affordable, shop in the bulk foods section at your local store.
